8. Modification and Termination of the Agreement
8.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be notified to you through in - app notifications or emails. Continuing to use the Services indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
8.2 You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time, but this does not affect the rights we enjoy under this Agreement or the obligations you should assume.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements, representations, and warranties.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
